Complaints will be treated with the utmost confidentiality and seriousness.
- The complaint procedure is anonymous and, although the complainant may be indirectly known, there is an express commitment not to disclose their identity or take any action against them.
- Although the above commitment exists, Olmar employees are advised not to use their workplace computer to make complaints, thereby avoiding any digital traces.
