Autoclaves for food

Olmar ATA autoclaves have been a benchmark in the industrial food sector for more than 25 years. These autoclaves are primarily used in industrial food sterilisation processes and for cooking tinned food (fish, vegetables, etc.) by injecting steam directly or indirectly through an external heat exchanger.

These units are specially designed so that the customer has total control over the main variables of the process: temperature, pressure, time, sterilisation value (F0), filling level, humidity level, etc. This flexibility means that the Olmar ATA autoclaves are able to carry out different cycles, and the values inside them can be adjusted at any time, thereby providing the best performance and speeding up the industrial processes in which they are used.

These autoclaves can be fitted with internal rotating systems, depending on the needs of each process, which allow containers to move continuously in order to sterilise the product homogeneously, and additional pressurisation systems to avoid damaging containers during the cooling phase of each cycle.
